• Met with third-party software vendors to ensure system compatibility
• Configured integrations with lab equipment and X-ray imaging machines
• Ensured clean electrical power to network equipment on a dedicated circuit

Complete Networking Install, Including Cabling

• Surveyed, relocated, and reterminated existing network cabling
• Installed additional network cables in key locations
• Surveyed wireless coverage and designed a wireless coverage map
• Installed and configured firewall, switch, and related network equipment

Phone System Install

• Sourced VOIP phone system hardware
• Ported client-purchased phone numbers to a new carrier
• Configured call queues, auto-attendant, and voicemail-to-email
