Working with GMITS has been really great! They understand our needs and expectations and tailor their services to that need. When we had some backup drives on our server fail, we were notified promptly and there was no disruption to the service. The drives were replaced promptly and there was ZERO downtime. I trust GMITS to do what is best for our office.

The service has been great. Computers are critical to our business and the seasonal nature of the business makes a timely response to our problems all important to our sanity. Just this week, one of our employees got blocked from using a critical program. With one email from me to Green Mountain IT and a response to our employee the problem was solved.
